# Get tenant details

Source: https://www.jawsdeploy.net/rest-api/tenants-details | Section: Tenants

Retrieve one tenant by ID.

`GET /api/tenant/details`

Returns one tenant with its tags. Archived tenants can be read too.

The tenant ID identifies its workspace, so no `workspaceId` is required.

## Parameters

| Name | In | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| `tenantId` | query | string | yes | ID of the tenant. |

## Errors

| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 400 | Missing or unknown `tenantId`. A tenant that belongs to another organization is reported the same way as one that does not exist. |
| 401 | Missing or invalid Basic auth credentials, or the service account lacks permission to manage tenants in this workspace. |
